Eggs. Can't Eat Em!
Are you using something like Pepto Chewables? Most of the time when I ate something that sat like a rock, a couple of chewables made it go down much easier.

They work for some and not for others. Are you using something like Pepto Chewables? They were a lifesaver for me for the first year.
And I ate eggs often - Bacon, egg (singular) and half a pancake were my first meal back in the US. Now, I order omelettes & poached eggs whenever possible - even for dinner.

I'm talking about something for immediate symptoms. Nexium et al is to prevent it from happening in the first place but does little or nothing for an event occurring right now. Take them, definitely, but also keep something on hand for current incidents.
Chewables were my best friend.

Just for those pre-ops who may be getting nervous reading this - it's definitely an individual thing, one of those don't-know-til-you-try issues.
I'm not far out at all (not much more than a month), but I haven't had any trouble with eggs. I've had scrambled eggs with cheese, egg salad, deviled eggs, and even those microwavable Jimmy Dean omelettes, all with no problems (as long as I eat slowly and chew well, which is key for all foods for me).
I will say that the first time I tried scrambled eggs (at about 2-3 weeks out), it took me a good 45 minutes to an hour to finish the whole egg with cheese. I believe my stomach was still swollen, though, as I now find myself able to eat more and not dragged out quite as long.
