Hi Guys,

Was out and about for lunch today and haven't figured out how to calculate my protein salad I made. It was so yummy!

B - 3 scrambled eggs with cheese and sausage, 2 slices of buttered low carb toast
L - Salad made of grilled chicken, cottage cheese, tofu, garbanzo beans, cheese, hard boiled egg, sunflower seeds and a few crispy chow mein noodles
S - 2 colby jack cheese sticks
S - Some potato chips
D - Beef enchilada with sour cream

Drank a gallon of water and SF kool aid

Totals - Carbs around 40?, Protein, at least 100 if not more

FItness: 1 hour Fitness Fusion class and 1 hour Zumba class

S- Two pieces fried chicken, Atkins coconut candy bar
D- Ground beef/veggie/hash brown casserole (light on the hash browns)

Hi all....

B-3 egg bacon and cheese omlet
S-activia yogurt with a handful of granola
L-tuna salad (3/4 cup) with 4 wheat crackers
S-broccoli cheese soup (6 oz)  topped with diced ham
D-6 oz. salmon filet   1/4 cup mashed potato     1/2 small artichoke with butter
S-havent had one yet though I think I am going to have some buttered popcorn

1 gallon water    1 diet pepsi    1/2 gallon ice tea

Grrrrrrr, end of the semester ha found me absent from this thread. I did not have time to input into fitday but here is the damage:

HI Guys, Dad got out of the hospital today!! Yipee

B - tortilla with heaps of shredded cheese (nuked), glass of milk
S - oatmeal raisin cookie, venti caramel whole milk latte
L - hlaf a chicken & cheese pannini, chips, venti caramel iced latte
S - pb & cracker sandwhiches, some fruit gums
D - chicken kabob, sweet potato fried, mayo
S - ice cream, chips
S - tortilla stuffed with shredded cheese & glass milk

I think I've hit the 3 month stall.   It's no wonder, my hunger seems to have returned the last few days!  But still keeping to mostly protein...

*  Slimfast LC protein shake, choc
*  3 gigantic wings from Chinese takeout
*  small handful of chips (less than an oz, I think)
*  mini reeses cup
*  totally huge leftover burrito fixin's piled on top of a LC tortilla, had to eat it w/a fork.
