Hi Guys,

Weekends end too early!

B - 4 scrambled eggs with cheese and sausage, 4 small slices of a new low carb bread I found from a bakery. Really yummy, but has Maltitol, so we will see how I feel tomorrow.
L - 2 colby jack cheese sticks and some veggie straws
D - Mac & Cheese
S - Some whoppers

Drank a gallon of water and SF kool aid

Totals - Not sure, haven't entered in Fitday yet

FItness: Sunday is rest day

 I've eaten so much today..lol.  When I am working out I allow myself to eat a little over 50g of carbs a day, and I did exactly that!

Breakfast: Grilled Chicken Pattie W/ two scrambled Eggs and Cheese (43g of protein, only counting 30g)
Snack: Atkins Apple Protein Bar (10g)
Snack: Low Carb Slim Fast (20g)
Lunch: Beef Bratwurst on Low Carb Bread W/ Reduced Sugar Ketchup and 10 Lays Sour Cream and Onion Chips (12g)
Dinner: Grilled Chicken Pattie Sandwich on Low Carb Bread W/ Provolone and American Cheese and 10 Lays Sour Cream and Onion Chips (39g, only counting 30g)

Protein: 102g Carbs: 52g

In about an hour I am going to eat another Atkins Bar and bump it up to 112 Protein and 56g of carbs.

Went to the park with DH and grandson came home sat on the porch and watched the world go by, love days like this.

B-2egg cheese omelet
S-mozz cheese stick
L-double cheeseburger
S-1/2 bag of chips the large ones, no,no
S-4 Reese's cups, the sm. ones
D-4 saltine crackers w/tuna fish
S-1/2 cup mac.salad
S-2beef hot dogs no bun dipped in mustard

Oh you are so right about the length of these weekends. Blink and you miss them.

I think I'm going to attempt to low carb it starting Monday. I tried on too many dresses this weekend that would be perfect 20 more pounds down. I'm gonna try to stay under 75g.

B- leftover Kobe shrimp
S- chicken fajita, 1/4 of a slice of cheesecake
L- BBQ chicken thigh, cole slaw, corn
D- 1 chicken wing, about 2 oz salmon, 2 oz chicken breast all off the grill, 1/2 c potatoe salad
S- Protien Fruit Smoothie- 1/2 c strawberries, 1/2 c mango, scoop Unjury unflavored, 1/2 c plain yogurt, 1/2 c light V8 fusion- will def have to work on it tomorrow it was just so-so and too frothy

*  Slimfast LC prot. shake, choc
*  pepperoni chip sandwich (tastes like bacon, about 30 chips), 2 slices LC bread, mayo
*  3-4 T chunky pb, about 6 little mini crackers, 2 T SF jelly

looks like I'll have to do a protein shot tonight. blech...

My 3 things:
*  sleeping better flat
*  lots more energy, just not sure what to do with it!
*  overcast, cool, breezy, rainy weather - I love it.

 Hey, had a wonderful day out in the sun. Very low day on the eating.

B - scallops
L - 1/2 slice of pizza ( I was out and not buying, so you make due)
S - tilapia
S - 2 hot dogs, no bun
D - ham, tsp corn and string beans
S - peanuts/sunflower seeds/ raisins - 1 cup

Don't know the totals for protein and carbs.

10 cups of Crystal Light.

Stress eating today.....

B-3 scrambled eggs    4 strips bacon   2 slices low carb toast with butter
S-grilled ham and cheese on low carb bread
L-meatloaf sandwich    2 oz. bbq chips
S-plain donut and activia yogurt
D-cheese burger (4 oz.. burger with provolone - lettuce-tomatoe-onion on regular bun)
S-1 slice combo pizza (crust and all....)

Spent the afternoon at the ER with my grandmother-shes 92 and thought she was having a heart attack....no heart attack she has pneumonia.....ate the last 3 meals at the cafeteria in the hospital...
