***Saturday Food & Fitness***
Hi Guys,
I was busy last night and didn't get a chance to post this thread.
B - 3 scrambled eggs with cheese and sausage, 2 slices of buttered low carb toast
L - Beef enchilada with sour cream
S - Some potato chips
D - McDonalds double cheeseburger, some fries
Drank a gallon of sf kool aid and water
Totals - Carbs 53, Protein 91
Fitness: 1 hour Pilates equipment class and 1 hour Zumba class

Late night for me to. My daughters 26 B-day and I had a whole cup cake, first time I have had cake and it was all good!
B-2 egg omelet 1 slice of cheese

L-1/2 cup of homemade mac. salad, 3oz hamburger on the grill no bun mayo and onion
S-Birthday cupcake!!
S-mozz cheese stick

D3oz baked ham, 1/2 cup of sausage green beans, pot. soup,
1/2 cup homemade pot. salad
S-2 small Mr.Good bars
S-2 beef hot dogs
3 16oz dec. tea
1 16oz water
Went to a bluegrass Jamm session and it was a carry in, hence all the different foods. Sure was good food and music.

Busy day today. Went to the hospital to see Kim E and took her on her first walk, met the MADS for a great steak luncheon, and spent some time getting some sun this afternoon...ahhhh.
FOOD: (DS Maintenance)
B - 1 IDS Vanilla-Cinnamon protein breve and 1 chocolate Chike protein latte (60g)
L - shrimp, salad, roll, and 12 oz rib-eye steak
S - trail mix
S - CarbSmart ice cream bar
D - Atkins shake (15g)
S - popcorn

D- Filet wrapped in bacon, with squash
S2- Ricotta cheese & Fritos
I've probably been eating way too many Fritos. The thing is, the scale started moving down about the time I got obsessed with them, so til it gets broke, I ain't fixin' it! LOL I figure they have so much fat in them that it offsets the carbs. Yeah I can convince myself of all kinds of stuff.
