Hi Guys,

Happy Friday to everyone. It was a beautiful day here, very warm and sunny!

B - 3 scrambled eggs with cheese and sausage, 2 slices of buttered low carb toast
L - Beef enchilada with sour cream
S - 2 colby jack cheese sticks
S - 2 cream cheese cupcakes
S - 2 colby jack cheese sticks
S - Veggie straws
S - 1 cream cheese cupcake

Drank a gallon of water and SF kool aid

Totals - Carbs 42, Protein 108

Fitness: None, had my monthly massage tonight instead

Hit the gym again today :)  Talked to the jazzercise lady about coming to some classes, they are free with membership, but still not sold on the idea.  Its been a week at the gym and still no loss in weight - really hoping to get to that darn 159 someday!!

B - protein bar, cheese stick
S - cup of green bean casserole
L - 5oz pot roast
S - protein bar, cheese stick
D - turkey spaghetti with wheat noodles
S - probably 2 eggs or an egg and cheese omelet

Boy oh boy.....the day started out good and then read Georginas post.....oh that carb ****grrr

B-3 egg ham and cheese omlet
S-2 small banana pancakes with butter
L-grilled ham and cheese sand (2 slices low carb bread)
S-activia yogurt
D-Indian Taco (fry bread with chili beans cheese lettuce tomatoe onion and sour cream with lots of salsa) 
S-1/2 piece of fry bread with butter and honey

1 gallon water    40 oz ice tea    2 diet pepsi

haven't felt like eating all day.  Made myself eat though.

*  Slimfast choc. LC shake
*  a few bites of fried clams
*  Taco bell taco w/no lettuce or tomatos, w/extra meat, cheese & sour cream
*  Atkins cinnamon bun bar
*  1/2 an egg sandwich w/lots of mayo, threw away 1/3 of my 1 slice of bread
*  probably 1/2 a protein shot later
