B fried ham and cheese

D 2slices of pizza and some cheddar cheese
S I'm gonna have some Hostess chocolate cupcakes. YUMMMMM

This morning, I actually made something, in my kitchen, to eat. I won't say that I cooked, because it was just chopping and stirring...no, wait! I did boil the eggs last night! So yes, I cooked some tuna salad. Pretty remarkable, eh?

B- 3 slices bacon, scrambled eggs with cheese
L- LOTS of tuna salad with egg and some wheat thins
S- Trail mix
S2- Atkins bar
D- Chicken strips and ricotta cheese

Fitness- 45 minutes of cardio in the pool

Hi all....another beautiful day here....

B-2 eggs fried in butter   4 sausage links    1/2 english muffin
S-activia yogurt
L-screwdriver chicken (4 oz. chicken)
S-3 oz. roast beef with provolone cheese
D-Chile Verde (about 6 oz.)   1/3 cup refried beans
S-small chile verde burrito....(chile verde-refried beans-cheese-lettuce-tomatoe-onion-sourcream wrapped in very thin gluten free tortilla)


1 gallon water    40 oz. ice tea      20 oz diet pepsi

L- onions, peppers, and mushrooms sauteed in olive oils with lots of cheese (18)

*  Slimfast LC protein shake, choc
*  chicken and cheese nachos (very few chips) w/sour cream   -  eaten over several hours
*  chicken kiev (scraped off most of the breading)
*  Atkins coconut bar and about 1/4 c almonds

So sleepy lately, yet having a hard time getting and staying alseep.
