I had another day of being hungry. I wonder if this will be my new “norm" or just a cycle.

S—4 Medium Strawberries
S—1 oz. Cheese; ¼ Medium Tomato (with olive oil, salt, and pepper)
S—1 oz. Macadamia Nuts
D—3 oz. Salmon; ¼ C. Cooked Spinach (with 1 TBSP Butter)
S—1 oz. Cheese
S—1 Carb Smart Ice Cream Bar
Protein: 96 g.
Carbs: 28 g.
Liquids: 64 oz.
Fitness: None

I think I'm becoming addicted to Egg McMuffins (minus the muffin)!
B - Egg McMuffin without the english muffin

L - Beef stroganoff (thanks again SleepyJules!)

D - chili with cheddar cheese
Probably going in for some vanilla Carb Smart ice cream with sugar free caramel sauce!
Fluids - 78 oz. Includes 6 oz of unsweetened OJ diluted with water to half strength (husband has a bad cold I don't want to catch)

S - homemade egg salad ( 2 eggs, salt & pepper, load of mayo, courtesy of mom)
L - Chicken & pesto pannini with extra mayo as it was abit dry, venti caramel latte
S - homemade tuna salad (bless my Mom!!)
D - chicken curry, rice and onion bahji, beer!!
S - venti hot chocolate, oatmeal raisin cookie, some cheese cubes
S - more tuna salad and some potato chips
all vits, loads of water and diet coke, no exercise to speak of!! Kinda bed bound!!

Had a band in 2005 at 280lbs, had band removed and DS done on Jan 22nd 08 at 220lbs in Spain, now 135lbs and a size 4!! Happy as a Clam!!Dontcha love the DS? It's the best tool around!!

lunch - chicken, coleslaw, 1/2 c. sweet potatoes, piece of sugar free mousse pie,
dinner - 2 pieces white toast, 2 bowls green pea soup with ham
pretty good on water, need to figure out how to keep track of it
vacuumed car out and walked in woods up and down hills, pant pant

Feeling better today and actually able to eat. Notice I haven't eaten a beef enchilada in days!!!

L - Bowl of broccoli cheese soup and bread with lot's of butter!
S - 2 colby jack cheese sticks
D - Dreamfields lasagna
Drank a gallon of water and SF kool aid
