Its so good to be home....was in San Francisco for 3 days....ate everything I could find or imagine....sheesh.

B-2 eggs fried in butter    4 strips bacon    1/2 english muffin with cream cheese
S-1/2 cup egg salad 2 crackers
L-roast beef/havarti roll ups (4)
S-pepperoni and jack cheese sticks (2 each)
D-insides of 2 carne asada tacos (3/4 cup carne asada   tomatoe onion cilantro salsa) 1/2 cup refried beans with cheese
S-not sure yet.....I think I will have some shrimp I brought back...

1 1/2 gallons water    1/2 gallon ice tea

hi everybody!  I need to see this written down:

B - protein shake with milk, yeah I ate breakfast!
L - leftover casserole with green beans.  one piece sugar free lime mousse pie I made
D - chicken on the grill-- a lot of it-- 1/2 c. sweet potatoes mashed; homemade coleslaw; another piece of the sugar free mousse pie thing.

pretty good on water,

and I walked for 30 minutes!  yippee

I'm thankful for

1. beautiful sunny day
2. getting my cardiac clearance today
3. my cpap machine

L- Almost a whole piece of fried chicken breast 
S-2 sugar free banana popsicles
S-Pizza rolls 
D- tried to eat strea**** with peppers, mushrooms, and onions and swiss cheese...couldn't stomach the steak for some reason, wasn't feeling to well. Ate a few bites of steak and then most of the veggies and cheese 
S- 2 slices of low carb toast with peanut butter 

116 grams of protein 

Cardio for 30 minutes at the gym

I think I caught the ravenous bug from you guys. I was starving all day long! No fitness this morning, because I had to be at LabCorp at 8 a.m. to finally get my labs done! Yay!!! Hmmmm....maybe I was starving due to blood loss.

B- Sonic Bacon Breakfast Burrito (minus the flour tortilla)
S- Trail mix
L- 1/16 pound of Bunyans BBQ with hot slaw, and a slaw dog (no bun)
S- The other 1/16 pound of BBQ with hot slaw
S- Atkins bar
D- 2 small beef burritos (minus the flour tortillas) with lots of sour cream and guacamole, and a few Fritos

Hi Guys,

I had a bad eating day today. After breakfast I got sick and felt terrible, I couldn't even drink liquid. I wasn't able to take my afternoon and evening supplements until a bit ago, so I am behind. Feeling better now and I did workout anyway.

B - 3 scrambled eggs with cheese and sausage, 2 slices of buttered low carb toast
D - 2 colby jack cheese sticks

Drank around 45-60 oz of water and sf kool aid

Totals - Really bad since I haven't had much today

Fitness: 1 hour Pilates equipment class and 1 hour Zumba class.

3 Things I Am Grateful For:
1. Feeling better
2. My warm bed
3. Hot baths

Here I am for the second day.  The only thing that did not work today is that the mozz sticks I had counted the sauce, which I did not eat.  I am guessing my carbs were like 60 today.
