I hope that you all had a wonderful day. I had another day of insatiable hunger. I finally started exercising again. I hope to work up to Jillian’s fitness level at some point—she is my exercising hero!

L—3 oz. Tilapia
S— ¼ C. Strawberries
S—2 C. Popcorn w/ 2 TBSP Butter
S—1 oz. Almonds
D—Chicken Thigh w/ ¼ C. Green Beans
S—1 oz. Cheese
S—1 C. Watermelon
S--Chicken Drumstick
Protein: 105 g.
Carbs: 37 g.
Liquids: 64 oz.
Fitness: 25 Minutes Wii Fit Yoga/Aerobics
Three Things:
1. Being ahead on my assignments
2. My Family
3. Having an appetite/ Enjoying food

S2- Ben and Jerry's free cone...yea I went back twice
D- 2 slices pizza
One hour bike ride with DH, need about 30 more ozs of water.

snack - 1/2 cup trail mix, 2 slices cheddar cheese, 24 oz crystal lite
dinner - 2 chicken tenders, green salad with bacon, italian dressing and cheese
protein:185 oh yeah!
