OT - Pannilectomy pictures

For those interested and who have a strong stomach, I put up some of my pre-op and post-op Pannilectomy  & hernia repair pictures.  I was quite pleased on the amount of skin and fat that took off, 11 pounds worth.  It's nice not having the skin hanging down there anymore ( and kinda weird).  It's been 40 days now and I'm doing really well.  No restrictions, other than lifting heavy objects and full-bore workouts.  The initial recovery was easier than the DS, I was out of the hospital in 2 days and getting around well in a week.  However, I'm still very tender and I feel it at times getting up out of the chair.  So, overall it's going to take longer to fully recover.

Also, you need to be on my friends list to view...

I think your toes were prettier...  Glad it's going so well for you.

Hey Lloyd,
Can I be your friend?  Or is it tacky to add someone when they post pics?

Sure.  Not tacky, the big reason is that I just don't want them showing up on a google search and I don't want just everybody seeing them.

Thanks much.  I'm off to freak out at your lack of a belly button!

Yah, here's another tacky friend adder because she wants to see your pics! I'm sorta following in your footsteps, and looking at a panni removal as my next step, but I'm leery, as the DS was a bit nightmarish for me, and I'm nervous about any surgery. I'm glad to hear it was easier than the DS recovery, but know we're all different, and wonder about it being harder or easier depending on amount of flesh to be removed.

I'm glad things are progressing smoothly for you so far, and hope that continues.

Well, I've tried.  But the Add Friend button on the messages here isn't working and I can't go to your profile to add you.  See if you can click on my profile and add there.

I would love to see your results. I tried adding you as a friend. I don't know if you got the request or not. OH has not been user friendly for me lately.
