L - italian meat salad (meats/cheese/peppers/marinated peppers) yummmm
D - italian salad (w/lettuce this time), one bite of cake, few sips of hard lemonade
S - more italian meat salad, diet swiss miss

I'm guessing all the sodium from the salad is going to up my weight, but it's yummy.  I'll deal with it.

Italian meat salad is a made up concoction.  I was serving lasagna for my daughter's birthday and wanted something I could eat.  I tried to put together an italian antipasto type salad for dinner, then cut up extra of all the meats, cheeses, low carb veg and tossed it with some dressing and saved it separately for myself.

hard salami
genoa salami
pepperoni
fresh mozzarella
marinated roasted red and yellow peppers
marinated asparagus
pepperocini peppers

I cut everything into "sticks" and tossed with dressing (I used Ken's creamy caeser dressing).  Threw it in the fridge to marinate for awhile.  I might chop some celery and onion to add some crunch to what is left.  Next time (and there will be a next time), I'll add in some turkey breast or something to cut down the sodium content.

Added cherry tomatoes and romaine for the salad at dinnertime.

I was an eating machine yesterday.  I was constantly in the fridge, looking for foood.

B-3 scoops of Champion chocolate
S-goat cheese pasta
L-goat cheese pasta
D-a very large amount of prime rib
S-strawberries and whipped cream
S-handful of salt and vinegar almonds
S-small bowl of plain chips with added salt and vinegar
S-got up out of bed due to hunger and made and ate a feta chickpea salad

My fantastic Chef Boy cooked all afternoon for me so that I'd have food to take to work this week.   He made 1)  Low carb lasagna, 2) low carb breakfast strata and 3) Hungarian Goulash.   I DO love that man!

B-  Two egg made into egg salad and bacon
S-  Atkins bar
S-  Popcorn
L-  Bourbon chicken
S-  Nibbles of cheese, a taste of strata, taste of lasagna
D-  Goulash, one half redskin, salad
S-  S/F cocoa with S/F whipped cream, more meat from the goulash

Well, I haven't done a very good job keeping up with these posts. Jumping in where I am...yesterday I ate:

B- Protein drink
L- KFC thigh and leg, spoonful of mashed potatoes & cole slaw
D- Same thing without the potatoes

No snacks...too full from the KFC.

3 things:
Hoop skirts (I get to wear one Saturday! woot!)
Singing bowls (so healing)
91-year old dancers (my friend Ms. Irene narrated our African dance Sat. night and even danced her very own self at the end...no video of her but I'm toward the end of the video here)
