L - italian meat salad (meats/cheese/peppers/marinated peppers) yummmm
D - italian salad (w/lettuce this time), one bite of cake, few sips of hard lemonade
S - more italian meat salad, diet swiss miss
I'm guessing all the sodium from the salad is going to up my weight, but it's yummy. I'll deal with it.
Italian meat salad is a made up concoction. I was serving lasagna for my daughter's birthday and wanted something I could eat. I tried to put together an italian antipasto type salad for dinner, then cut up extra of all the meats, cheeses, low carb veg and tossed it with some dressing and saved it separately for myself.

I cut everything into "sticks" and tossed with dressing (I used Ken's creamy caeser dressing). Threw it in the fridge to marinate for awhile. I might chop some celery and onion to add some crunch to what is left. Next time (and there will be a next time), I'll add in some turkey breast or something to cut down the sodium content.
Added cherry tomatoes and romaine for the salad at dinnertime.
