Hi Guys,

It's been a rainy, lazy Sunday here.

B - 3 scrambled eggs with cheese and sausage, 2 slices of buttered low carb toast
S - Milk and some saltines
S - 2 colby jack cheese sticks
D - 3 oz of ham and .5 cup of green bean casserole
S - Chocolate covered almonds

Drank at least 64 oz of sf kool aid and water

Totals - Carbs 72, Protein 102

Fitness: Does stretching while getting out of bed count?

B- 1 slice of low carb toast with Peanut butter and a little honey 
S- A few chili cheese chips, a slim jim,  and some cheese
L- About 5 chips with salsa, few bites of refried beans,  and about 3 bites of a chicken enchilada
S- A few bites of hubby's coffee cake 
D-Spicy stir fry with Chicken, green beans, onions, bean sprouts, and water chestnuts

I had a bit more carbs than I would have preferred and not enough protein....maybe I will add a shake. Oh well, tomorrow is a brand new day!

Exercise- lot's of walking

My adorable dogs
So far losings 180 pounds! LOVE my DS

Hey All.  Today has been a terrible eating day for me!

Breakfast: Fried Queso Fresco (6g)
Lunch: Cheese burger w/ no bun and two slices of cheese. (American and Provolone) (30g)
Snack: Nothing
Dinner: Nothing..lol I ate about 10 Mini Tater Tots got on Wii Fit then drank a protein Shake (30g)

So needless to say I've only gotten in:
66g of protein so far.  So I am guessing one more shake before I go to sleep is in order.
and about 25g of carbs.

3 Things:
1. Nintendo Wii
2. Summer!!! (Needs to hurry up cuz I am soo cold!...lol)
3. Baby Lotion (Makes me smell fresh)

I have been running around like a chicken with my head cut off today. Gotta love the ending of a semester. Hopefully, I will have more chances to be on the board when my academic life settles down.

Hey Everybody, hey Jillian!! Had lunch with Ellesix and some of the MADS gang. I'm going through my closet one last time before we move and almost everything's too big lol

L- half chicken sandwich w/ bun from Chili's prob 4-5 fries
S- thigh and chicken leg

Had a much better appetite today.

Breakfast:  Bunless double cheeseburger from McDonalds
Snack:  Queso Fresco (YUM)
Lunch:  Ham slices with spinach dip

My Greek Easter Dinner (eaten over the course of about 2 hours): 3 small lamb chops, small piece of roasted leg of lamb, 1/2 of a roasted potato with some roasted cauliflower and artichokes. and some greek spaghetti.  And for dessert I had Galaktoboure****ustard filled greek pastry)

Not a great deal of carbs today except in my dessert but I only get it once a year so I had to induldge.  i brought the rest of the piece home with me.  I am going to savor every last bite of it.

Back on track tomorrow.
