Monday for ME:
Breakfast: Protein Shake w/Whole Milk 31 grams protein
Snack: Atkins Snack bar 17 grams protein
Lunch: Arby's Medium Beef and Cheddar (with bun)
Snack: Small cup of pot chips
Supper: 3 cheese ravioli, 3 ounces filet mignon
No exercise.

L- Chicken fingers with ranch
S- Cheese stick
S- Small slice of pizza
D- Small serving of sphagetti w/meat, a slice of garlic bread

Too much fried foods yesterday! Had an oil slick this morning! That'll teach me!

D- The insides of 2 small beef burritos (frozen) with sour cream and guacamole, a few Fritos
Fitness:
Yes! I actually made it to the gym for a water workout. And I'm seriously miffed that my nearly new but not new enough to get a refund of $70 pair of waterproof headphones are crapping out already. Or maybe it's the mp3 player housing. I have got to figure out which.
