I am gonna try this....so here goes.  Some of these numbers are off because I cannot calculate the fact that I ate just the nuts out of the trail mix,  and took the breading off of the chix courdon bleu.  I think I am really at around 50 -60 carbs.  My fluids were 80 ounces and I am still working on the last 20.  Jennifer

Ate my way through the kitchen on Sunday, then Monday I coudn't get anything in!

B-3 scoops protein shake
L-Chickpea ad feta salad (a tiny bit)
S-2 slices low-carb bread with butter and Splenda
D-a few bits of roasted potatoes
S-a few bites of cereal
S-a few bites of natcho chips with cheese

Monday for ME:

Breakfast: Protein Shake w/Whole Milk 31 grams protein

Snack:  Atkins Snack bar 17 grams protein

Lunch:  Arby's Medium Beef and Cheddar (with bun)

Snack:  Small cup of pot chips

Supper:  3 cheese ravioli, 3 ounces filet mignon

No exercise.

Weird day yesterday.

B- Double scoop protein coffee
L- Chicken fingers with ranch
S- Cheese stick
S- Small slice of pizza
D- Small serving of sphagetti w/meat, a slice of garlic bread
S- One taco and two mozzarella sticks from Jack in the Box

Too much fried foods yesterday!  Had an oil slick this morning!  That'll teach me!

What the H happened to me trying to keep track of protein and carbs? sheesh...
yesterday;
B- sf redbull no protein (I know I know)
S1- cheddar puffs 6g
L- chicken and broccoli+2 bites of fried rice 30g
S2- sausage in spaghetti sauce w/ a bite of whole wheat pasta 15g
D- rotisserie chicken quesadilla (3/4 of it anyway)40g

91g protein toal, didn't count my carbs... Mondays are always tough
Fitness-
2 45min TKD classes, 15min walk at luch

I'm hungry now... What to eat hmmm....

1. the jar of peanut butter in my desk drawer
2. my mom for letting Jules spend one night a week there so I can have a social life
3. actually having a social life that I need a baby sitter for!

Better late than never, right?

For Monday:
B- Protein shake
B2- 3 slices bacon, scrambled eggs with cheese
L- Fried chicken livers from Popeyes- I totally stuffed myself - so good!
S- Trail mix (macadamias, pecans, cashews, Brazils, chocolate covered pomegranate)
D- The insides of 2 small beef burritos (frozen) with sour cream and guacamole, a few Fritos

Fitness:
Yes! I actually made it to the gym for a water workout. And I'm seriously miffed that my nearly new but not new enough to get a refund of $70 pair of waterproof headphones are crapping out already. Or maybe it's the mp3 player housing. I have got to figure out which.
