Happy Monday! Decent food day for me, but I am craving some sugar like crazy.
B - 3 scrambled eggs with cheese and sausage, 2 slices of buttered low carb toast
S - 2 colby jack cheese sticks
L - Dreamfields lasagna
S - A few brown rice crisps
S - 2 slices of brown sugar and splenda low carb toast
D - 10 slices of bacon (yes, I said 10 slices) and 1 cup of green bean casserole
Drank a gallon of sf kool aid
Totals - Carbs 55, Protein 126
Fitness: 1 hour Fitness Fusion class and boy did it kick my ass!

I had a pork-fest today -- I ate and ate and ate.... I'll get back on track tomorrow!
B - 2 egg mcmuffins (the egg/cheese/canadian bacon without the english muffins)
S - Decaf Latte with vanilla soy milk
L - 4 oz serving of beef stroganoff (SleepJules recipe!)
S - another 3 oz beef stroganoff
D - small bowl of raisin bran with soy milk
S - yet ANOTHER 2-3 oz of beef stroganoff
Fluids - 40 oz decaf tea, 2 bottles Fruit2O

breakfast. coffee. working on cutting out caffeine: half-caf. i r not too good at brekfast.
lunch two scrambled eggs with 2 pieces of regular white bread toast. sauteed zucchini, peppers and onion with the eggs.
lowfat yogurt with sugar free syrup sweetener
some grapes.
dinner. 2 pieces regular toast.
stouffer's casserole (chicken & noodles with sauce) with some extra (leftover salmon) protein
green beans, about a cup.
fitness: did heavy work in the garden, about 40 minutes, digging, carrying dirt.
thankful for:
1. I am learning to be patient with my husband
2. I will have help in my eating by getting my DS
3. friends who care about me

I have been STARVING today... this is the 1st time since DS that I have eaten this much. I am assuming it's because I have been working out a lot...it kinda freaks me out!! I had major carb craving and gave in to pizza rolls
Exercise- 1 hour and 15 minutes at the gym (cardio and weight lifting)
