Hi Guys,

Another decent day for me in cutting back on the junk foods. So happy it's Friday and was sunny and warm today. Just what my mood needed! Can't wait for full blown Spring and Summer!

B - 3 scrambled eggs with cheese and sausage, 2 slices of buttered low carb toast
S - 2 cream cheese cupcakes
L - 4 oz ham and 1 cup of green bean casserole
S - Some brown rice crisps and 2 colby jack cheese sticks
S - 2 more cream cheese cupcakes
D - Very thin crust pepperoni pizza
S - Some chocolate covered almonds

Drank a gallon of sf kool aid and water

Totals - Carbs 82, Protein 133

Fitness: None

3 Things I Am Grateful For:
1. Manicures
2. Wearing shorts and flip flops today
3. Fresh air

Yayyyyyyyyy!  Finally getting back on the decent eating bandwagon.  It was a bad few days, but I think I'm back.

Okay, is this the first time I'm actually posting on the day of???  Crazy!  Lol.

B- Double scoop protein coffee
L- Tuna salad on tortilla chips
S- A couple of hot dogs with ketchup, mayo and mustard, no bread.  Say what you will but it was delicious!
D- Buffalo chicken strips and some fries at Denny's.
S- Probably a Healthy Choice fudge bar later

S-egg salad (1/2 cup)with 4 whole wheat crackers
L-4 oz. rib eye steak      3 asparagus spears
S-1/2 cup tuna salad stuffed in tomatoe
D-1 cup cajun chicken salad     broiled tomatoe with mozzarella cheese
S-strawberries with SF dreyers vanilla icecream

My lil grandson (he is truely the light of my life)
The abilities my DS gave me to fully enjoy my grandchildren
My home

My grandson and I walked 4 miles to the park to play on the swings and slides...he is so incredible.....even on those days that the world seems to stop he makes everything better.  The light that shines in his eyes is truely a blessing.
