Your first paragraph describes how I feel too. I haven't lost not one measley little pound in 18 days!! UGH! I'm beginning to wonder if I will ever lose any more. I just don't know if I will make it to my goal at this slow rate.
I've got to start walking again myself. I haven't done anything since around Thanksgiving. YIKES! But the weather is getting sooooo nice and I'm actually going to get out there sometime today and walk a bit. I'm lovin' this weather! In the 70's! I would have been sweating like crazy this time last year. I can't wait to enjoy the summer months this year. Maybe I won't break a sweat just walking from my house to the car. That will be a nice change.
