Thanks, Maria. The key, for me anyways, is to get my butt in bed early enough to get up and exercise early in the morning. Because that's the only time that I'm likely to ever actually do it. When I get home from work I am zonkered. I can talk myself into a yoga class because that's relaxing, but for anything else I have to do it in the morning. I have to set the alarm and just get up, throw on some sweats and get to the gym before I wake up and realize what I've done.

Yep, I've noticed the same thing. I think it does have something to do with his stringent requirements; i.e. the fact that he cherry picks his patients and only accepts those who are likely to do very well indeed. But that's not the whole story either. He is so very meticulous, so methodical and thorough about everything he does, and he has a surgical team that works like a well-oiled machine. And one thing we noticed while in Marietta was that he had the respect and admiration of not only his own team, but of any random medical staff to whom we mentioned his name. Over and over we heard "Dr. Smith?!! Oh, honey, he is the best. You couldn't be in better hands. His patients always do well."
You look great! That's a really nice picture too - scenery, sun :}

Thanks, Lisey! My husband has a really good eye for photography. That's a tree in our front yard, and he made me stand in several places around it until he got it just right. I keep trying to talk him into coming to SPQ as my own personal Spud Stud to take pictures of me but for some reason it just doesn't appeal to him!!
