Any ideas on how i could make this into a cream soup?

Add 2 cups of broth?

I don't want to eat pasta yet.

THanks

But it's Dreamfield's!! Only 5 net carbs per serving. It's really good. But I understand you're being a good girl lol. Maybe more heavy cream and broth. You could search recipezaar.com for a seafood bisque. They have great recipes.

I've seen this, but haven't tried it (although I want to).  Super-thinly slice zucchini longways with a vegetable peeler.  Steam or saute the strands in a little butter.  Use in place of noodles.  I think I saw this on the low carb friends site, but can't find it at the moment.  I know they've used it in place of noodles with alfredo, so I'm guessing it would work here as well.

I've gotten into the habit of keeping a heads-up for DS recipes, but I think I just have to stop until I'm eating real food again b/c this is something like mild mind torture . . . hungry :{

This sounds great, I looked up the Old Bay spice, I am not sure how it tastes.  I am not a spice person at all.   At any rate, sounds interesting.

Thanks.   How are things umm coming along?  Hope you are feeling better.

Peace,

William

I'm in culture shock that you've not had Old Bay. How does anyone cook shrimp for later eating cold if not in Old Bay? Maybe it's a quasi-Southern/Eastern Shore thing, I dunno.

Anyhoo, try it, it's yummy. The main flavor is bay leaves and paprika, nothing terribly in your face. And I say this as someone who doesn't like hot or super spicy things.

LOL things are moving along quite well now! I switched back to my old calcium and gave the new calcium away.

You never used old bay?? You're too close to MD to never have heard of it. Yiu ever had steamed shrimp or crab and there's this red spice on it? That's old bay. Very yummy
