Recipe: Cheesecake Cupcakes

They were yummy! I wanted a bit of cheesecake and was surprised they didnt have alot of carbs. I want to make sure that the above recipe is for 12 only correct ? I cant eat the sugar alcohols  so I will pay for the erythritol but wonder if it really changes the taste with just splenda or if I can use Stevia????????? Anyone cook with Stevia??????

Waiting for Shani and Tiffanys recipes but I know they are shopping and whooping it up right now! LOL

Jill, these were soooo good!  This weekend I will be recreating the MADS lunch, making Shani's pasta and your cheesecakes.

I want MORE cupcakes!!!!!!

I can't wait to try these and am also *bumping* for others so they don't have to use the awful search on here to find this recipe!
