My endocrinologist called-I'm so disappointed and confused

Are you doing any exercise?  Do you get any sunlight?

Now that winter is here, no, I haven't been getting any sunlight.   I live in one of the top ten cloudiest regions of the country!   I think just to be on the safe side though, I might start tanning a few mins a couple of days a week.   Not enough to do any skin damage, I hope.  As to the exercise....my job is very active, but it still does not account for the fact that I need to do some weight training.    I just have to make the time in my schedule to do it.  I do a lot of walking and bike riding though.
