DS emergency cards?
If I am in the ER or can't respond for some reason questions about my DS - NOT gastric bypass - is there a card available that I can put in my and DH's wallets? DH already has instructions to have ER contact my surgeon, but beyond that what can we do to safeguard ourselves?

It's on the forum someplace. You can just right click and save both the front and back of the card above. Print them out ... fill them out and laminate.
Or save them and use photoshop to fill them out and size them how you want ... print and laminate.
