Thanks for the advice, Elizabeth.  I have also not been drinking carbs at all.

I had sugar today, but I'd planned to have it and I'm not freaking.  It's all good.

I have an internal negotiation going on between my adult self and a little kid who is throwing a tantrum about feeling deprived.  There needs to be an accommodation inside, and your proposal, Elizabeth, sounds close to what it needs to be.  Moderation.

Although I may have a glass of orange juice at some point. 

And I'm happy losing slowly.  80 pounds in 3 months is great.  Another 80 in 9 months is fine.  (160 for a year, not bad.)
