Thanks for sending me some advice.  I haven't had much of an appetite since surgery.  I think I've had a hot flash since surgery and have always been thirsty.  I have been drinking all the fluids probably too close to the time I try to eat, I will stop that.
I have done much better eating today with all the advice to eat every couple of hours, it has helped me to do that.  I find when I'm out I don't think to eat but I'm carrying protein bars in my purse now to snack on.
I'm going into McDonalds tomorrow to get a kids meal at lunch, that should add some fat into me!

I stalled for 2 or 3 weeks at this stage, too. Do not fret - eat some fat.

I'm going for some fat tomorrow, I've spent so long staying away from it I'm sure my body will be in shock!

Absolutely normal. Check out my profile if you like - around the second month, I was posting the same,  panic stricken, myself. I lost 45 pounds my first month and something like 6 the second month - I can't remember. I was freaked out that the DS wouldn't work for me, well, it's still working. :)

Thanks for telling me that it's normal to be stuck at this weight.  I did look at your profile and saw you had months when you gained that must have been devastating!
You look amazing, DS has certainly worked for you.
