Fabulous stuff, Lori. As always, you know just what to say! I'm saving this in my WLS folder I've been keeping for a few months. I'm also printing it out to stick in my WLS notebook that I'll take with me to the hospital and hotel to refer back to. I've copied lots of other stuff from here to take with me, too - recipes, advice, etc. I don't have a lap top, so while I'm stuck in a hotel I can refer to all my notes because I KNOW I'll never remember everything I've been reading. Again, thanks.
