Thank you, Scott! No one can possibly fill the void that is Diana's absence. Go**** almost sounds like her passing, but I have it on excellent authority she is still very much with us. For those newbies who have not had the benefit of Diana's wealth of wisdom on the DS, insurance appeals and the infinite kindnesses shown to those here and elsewhere, I encourage each and everyone of you to sign this, too. Yes Rockne... Bring her back, bring her back, bring her all the way back. I could not have made my informed decision without Diana's great advice and willingness to "pay it forward." I do sincerely hope that "the powers that be" reconsider her banning and allow her back in the spirit Scott was speaking of... OK, OH staff, "pluck your magic twanger."
