An OH Petition for DIana Cox
So sad this is happening. Diana has helped so many wls patients and revision wls patients sort through their options, separate the hype about various options from the truth, appeal (and win!) against stubborn insurance companies who deny life-saving surgery just because they can, etc.
To lose her as a valued, nay treasured resource for our community, is a huge loss. Bring her back!!

it must have just happened today as last night she was on here and was listing several OH links that weren't working and trying to get them restored and it sounded like it was an OH error putting a space in the url so I imagine they didnt take kindly to being critisized-?? I have many bookmarks of her posts that now wont be working at all and that is tragic as she provides such succint articulate info.
She also was the reason I learned about the DS and didnt have the RNY. In all fairness tho she did offend me at times and I didn't appreciate it. I know many others who felt the same and blocked her so I do understand their side too. Nobody is above being scrutinized!
She can still be reached on other forums or by email however if people need her help. I am sure she will be there for the DS community somewhere so don't worry.

Though I left here, for the most part, for the ease of the Facebook DS-related pages that are filled with mostly the OH family I came to know and love. Diana has been an invaluable part of my DS journey, especially in the early days. This is a slippery slope for OH, in my opinion. Then again, I stopped referring newbies to this DS Forum a long time ago. *sigh*

WTH, Bring Diana BACK!! She is so needed on these boards. This woman gives her time and energy to help so many. I think I read recently she did a phone conference with insurance, doctor and said patient to help get insurance appoval, and it worked. She is an awesome person. BRING HER BACK!!!!
