First time on this board!

Hi! I've not visited this board before. Glad you're here. I'm almost one year post op -- my anniversary will be on the 16th. Just wanted everyone to know that my HA1c is now 4.8. I'm so very glad I had this surgery. I've been off all diabetes meds since 8 wks out. Also, no more high blood pressure meds. Mary 15 lbs from goal of 160!
