HELP for IL Friend

My best friend now lives in Lakemoor IL and I am in Alabama. She had surgery in the 1980s in New York State before support groups were popular. She has now been diagnoised with MS and then diabetes. Her diabetes doctor says if she does not get her sugar level under control she will have to resort to insulin shots. Could, or would, anyone in the Lakemoor area be willing to offer her any help, support or encouragement to get back on the program please contact me. At the moment she is computer challenged but I am working on changing that. Thanks a million. We have been best friends since we could walk since we lived next door to each other. I am not willing to give up on her but I think she may be giving up on herself.
