sugar in the liquid tylenols?

has anyone experienced dumping or high sugars after taking a full adult dose of liquid tylenol (or other brand)?  A full dose of 850mg is about 2 tablespoons.

I can't find anything online about how much sugar is it it.  Sucrose is one of the last ingredients.  Yet when I took it I felt suddenly weak and sickly, and my sugar had skyrocketed to 290.  I'm only a few days out from surgery.  Eating my 2 oz of protein shake usually brings me to around 180 at this point.

Any ideas?

don't know how much sugar is in it, I have heard some folks dump on it however.
