Hi I am new and having surgery in June

 I was wondering if anyone know of person who had suffered a stroke and then did weightloss surgery?  
I had been procrasting having the surgery because I was hoping to have one more child, but the day I was told I got a job, my world turned upside down.  2 hours after I received the news I had a stroke.  I went to work 10 days after.  I was hoping to talk to someone who had the same events as me.

Hi Bonnie, I haven't suffered a stroke, so I can't help you there.  I do know that alot of people have had children after WLS.  The surgery may be the best decision you make.  It has put my diabetes into remission, and I feel better than I have in years. 

I hope that your home is okay, I noticed that you're in Mississippi.  I used to live in Natchez.
