As former diabetes and still on some  pills. What kind of protein do you'll use.  I've been going to the health food store and the Muscle Milk 32g of protein and 7g of sugar ya'll right.
I get the night sweats or I really get knock out when I use these products and there's another milk can't remember the name samething happens.  I'm 2 yrs out and finally got stomp I read all the labels be nothing.

Help hair not going to grow with out the protein I see it getting thinner but longer.  To thin to cut, my hair have always be unruly.

P.S. BEEN OFF 4 SHOTS A DAY SINCE SURGERY BUT STILL ON PILLS IN THE MORNING AND EVENING.

It's only available online. www.click.com and I know you can get it at amazon.com too - or you could.

But remember each scoop has one cup of coffee's worth of caffeine.

I use Isopure for the clear liquid kind and Designer Protein....available at shoprite for the milk-based kind, however I don't mix it with milk. I buy the chocolate and mix it into the Jello sugar free chocolate pudding.  I have not had any problems with either kind.

good luck!

I am Type I diabetic. My dietician recommended this product for me to supplement my protein intake. There is a product called BeneProtein made by Nestle Nutrition under the "Resource" label that is tasteless, nonthickening and can be mixed into any liquid. I thought it worked very well to supplement my protein levels. You have to order it through a pharmacy here in Canada. I got a 32 serving canister of it for $22 CDN. Each provided scoop has 7g of protein, 0 g fat and 0 g carbs (about 1/2 serving of protein). Directions for use are to mix one scoop into at least 120 ml (about 1/3 cup) of most hot or cold beverages or prepared soft foods including mashed potatoes, soup, pudding, hot cereal, tea, coffee or juice. It contains Whey protein isolate and soy lecithin. You can search for the product on Nestle Nutrition's website I believe if you want more information.

Best of luck,
Wil :)
