help, pancreatitus and low blood sugar

Ive been put in the hospital 1 time a month for the last 3 months for pancreatitus. They have done several test. They thought I needed a pace maker. My heart rate is around 47 during the day and 37 at night. I have a hiatus hernia that is big on the ct and small when they do a endo scope. For months I have been seeing spots, getting shakey and now I find out my sugar has been going down to about 37. I have pancreatitus attacks almost everyday that feel like gall bladder attacks.
Has anyone had any symptoms like these? Im thinking that my pancreatitus is related to my low blood sugar.
