neuropathy in breasts?

Hi! I'm new to this board. I've been Type 2 since 2005. Prior to my surgery 5 weeks ago, I had been having progressively bad neuropathy mostly on my right side, especially my foot. Several months ago, I started having soreness and tenderness across my chest, mostly in my breasts. Have any of you ladies had this as part of your diabetes? I googled it, and there was a question to a doctor from a woman who had experienced this and believed it was caused by her diabetes.

Any feedback would be appreciated.
