required diet prior to wls??
Does anyone have any experience with Southwest Administrators insurance and wether they require a period of dieting or classes in order to qualify for the surgery? surely there are some other teamsters out there that have used this insurance and might know ... Beechstreet /Southwest Administrators, would really appreciate some input!! Thanks.. Robyn

Get a copy of your policy. If it doesn't spell out the pre-certification requirements, call the insurance company and ask, and request a copy of what they tell you in writing.
