Federal Blue Cross Blue Shield Coverage

Hi All, I was wondering if anyone has had Federal Blue Cross Blue Shield cover the Duodenal Switch. I think this would be great for me but  could not get a definitive answer from the company. Any info would be helpful. Thanks...Cyndi
