Very worried About Dumping and Glucose Tests

I am sure I have seen posts about this before but I can't find them. I dump. I have dumped horribly on 6 g of sugar in a glass of soy milk. And I am now told I need to have a glucose tolerance test. Isn't that like 50 g of glucose???? It will kill me. What do people do? I'm going to be seeing an Endo because of symptoms and also a low cortisol level. She has ordered an ACTH Stimulation and the Glucose testing to be done prior to my appointment. This doc is suppose to be experienced with GB patients so I am confused. What to do? I know I'll live but gee**** doesn't seem right to knowlingly drink poison. Treading
