With the Holidays and crazy schedules can stress effect you Blood Sugar?

Thanks for the advice I will check it more. I didn't know if it was normal for it to change so rapidly. (All of the Holiday shoppers and parking lots.)

Sugar levels are greatly affected by stress factors.  Be sure to listen to your health.  Calming activites can be inserted in the schedule to take care of yourself. I work in a very hard driven enviroment.  After a fourteen year association with being diabetic, I know to PREPARE for the effects. Hugs. Vicky

I am glad the holiday season is over.  I have been taking Relora for stress (Vitabase brand) and feeling pretty good.  I too work in a horribly stressful environment.
