Where is everybody??

I'm pre-op. I'm currently stuck on a waiting list that is 3-4 years long, but I will be asking my family doctor for referrals to 2 other surgeons as well. I got my first referral to the 3-4 year waiting list on Nov 29, 2006. I've also been a diagnosed diabetic since 2004, but everyone in my family feels that I've been one for quite a while. I'm currently on Humalog (3x a day.... about 50 units each time) and Humulin-N (2x a day..... 44 units each time). Friday I should be switching to a new insulin, NovoMix 30, I'm on a trial run for 2 months. Lori Type 1
