Pulmonary Embolism

I was diagnois with PE and my current surgeon doesn't want to proceed  with the surgery because I am on blood thinners he said I am at high risk even though I was cleared by the hematologist.... have anyone had PE and surgeon still went on with the suregry? looking for a second opinion from another surgeon
