I just got off all of my diabetes medicine (insulin) A1C was great, but I don't want to go back on it, and I am looking for a protein bar that I can grab and eat when I am on the run. I don't want my blood sugars going back up either.
Congrqatulations that is awsome! The one I found that tastes the best and has the least sugar/carbs is Quakers QSmart Bar. It comes in chocolate peanutbutter (my favoriete) and Cranberry Almond. And te best part is you can get it at the grocery store!
