Weekly update
Well, now that I'm back home and into routine it's back to the rather slow weight loss. I weighed 171 this morning - down just two pounds from last week. I guess I'd better change up something -- my exercise routine, my eating, whatever. This is supposed to be my honeymoon period and I'm not losing very quickly. I'm also disappointed that I'm not seeing much effect on my diabetes. I was hoping to get off insuling, but that doesn't seem to be happening.
