DC Alliance can someone help!

Hello I have DC Alliance and I wanted to know does anyone else have it and what type of process do they put you through. My BMI is 63 very high. What do you think they will say. My paper work is about to be sent soon. My Surgeon is Dr. Fullum.

Hello Im not quite sure what Alliance's process is...but...I think that it's standard across the board to have a six month recorded diet, pschy evaluation, and to undergo some test prior to WLS. I hope this helps
