About plastic surgery

I am looking for some info to help me try to get my new insurance company to pay (or help pay for )for my tummy tuck that I should have had a few years ago after my surgery and couldnt because I switched insurances. Anyone have any medical reasons or something that they used to get theirs ruled as being medically necessary? I would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks
