DC event - November 6

Hi all, Let me introduce myself, my name in Monica and I am the Director of events, Chapters and membership here at Obesity Help. I am so excited to be coming to DC for this great event. I am just like each of you as I too had weight loss surgery. I had surgery on January 14, 2002 - I started my journey at 451 pounds. That was then and now I have lost 266 pounds and I have my life back. Come and let me share how to change the way you think about food - Iwill also be teaching a class on "How to think Thin". You can come in just for the day or take advantage of all the fun things planned. I am looking forward to meeting all of the good people on the east coast.
