Just been on board for a few months. . BUT YES VERY SINGLE AND LIVING LIFE! So this is the date board and want to say HI to all those beautiful woman out there. here is a brief history of my WLS experience.
2 years ago this month Ihad a horrible experience with my initial surgery. I went into hospital aug 03 and came out nov 03. After almost dying twice and 7 surgeries due to leakage, infection and rupturing and numerous months of physical rehabilitation. I survived and now weigh 210lbs lighter and healther. I started off 400lb and now weigh 190lbs. I wore a 4xl shirt/56in pants and now wear a medium shirt/32in pants.
I am very proud of myself but know each and everyday is a new day. I use the adversity that I have faced to my advantage and try to live life to the utmost. I am 33yrs young, single, good job and now feel like I want to face the new endeavors that my life has set out for me-'CARPE DIEM'.
Truth be told although i somewhat suffered initially, the true struggle is keeping it off. But ya know what...I am truly enjoying the chance to keep it off...YES, LOVn LIFE So give me a shout or email if you would like to correspond. Don't want to sound or present myself as a person/guy on the prowl but would like to meet people who are ejoying life as much as i am..
Hi! Dennis! I am about 5 months post op, and i am also enjoying life! it really is a change to see yourself thin, and it still shocks me. Sometimes when I walk past a mirror, i have to do a double take to make sure that it is really me. Life has become much more open and the possibilites are endless. Glad to hear that you to are enjoying life, and taking advantage of all the new opportunities available to you.
