Topic: RE: Scrapbookers!! Ideas wanted!!!!
I'm a digital scrapbooker/Art Journaler. I use scrapbookgraphics.com, scraporchard.com, deviantscrap.com for most of my work. Most digital scrapbook sites have tons of freebies. I started my collection at digitalscrapbookplace.com Also I use Copic markers in my art journaling, they're expensive but their the best and I think there are 345 colors available in the Copic Sketch markers. Topic: RE: GOURD CRAFTING & PAINTING
Hello Kathy.....I am also a gourd crafter and I just can not seem to get enough of it. I work on gourds everyday. I also make birdhouses and birdfeeders. I really enjoy painting gourds.
Do you have any suggestions on how to paint an EASY santa face. My santa faces always look "out of balance"!
Would love hearing from you. Hilary

Topic: RE: Scrapbooking and card making
My Bow Flex was delivered today so I bought a weight loss journey scrapbook. The first picture in it will be me at my top weight. The second will be trying to use the bow flex and making goofy faces. Should be a hoot!
Topic: RE: Beading and Jewelry making anyone?
I've been making jewelry for about 15 years now and LOVING it! Mostly beading and wire wrapping with sterling silver. I also love tying beads into silk. Hubby bought me a small kiln for making creations with precious metal clay. Very fun! So many beautiful beads and great things to do with them. I had a small jewelry internet and craft fair business for a while. Am looking to sell my stuff again - maybe Etsy? Any other ideas? I do live near in a touristy area and there are several opportunities right here for street fairs, etc. Thanks for bringing up the topic! ~Robin
Topic: RE: Beading and Jewelry making anyone?
I'm a seed beader...been doing it for years! Headed to Bead and Button in Milwaukee next week. Just wish I could figure out a way to exercise and bead at the same time. It bothers me that so many of the wonderful women I meet beading struggle with their weight also. It is such a great addiction but definitely sedentary.
Topic: RE: Quilting Anyone?
I'm a quilter too. It's my therapy :-). I've been quilting for four years. I have a Kenmore sewing machine and a Tin Lizzie 18 longarm quilting machine. I spend a lot of time quilting. Most of it is for Quilts For Kids. I also design and teach. I just love it!

Topic: RE: Yarn yarn yarn!
Greetings yarn fans!
I am new to this whole forum thing so it took me a while to find you all. I am a knitter and have yarn everywhere as well. I have found that knitting helps me not graze in front of the the TV. So I am in the middle of a vest, maybe sweater for my hubby.
I am 5 weeks our from bypass surgery and must say I am extremely glad I did it!
Do either of you have a cute, intermediate pattern for a petite woman? I promised my sister and the first one I made was very big, even though the measurements said it would fit.
I can hardly wait until I can make myself a sweater that doesn't require a flock of sheep to run naked for the wool, or 10 acres of cotton! I would be happy with a women's large! With no X's in the sizing.
Glad to connect with you. Keep in touch!
