Oh I understand....I see what you mean about waiting to see, but that must be awful. I hope that in the near future you get well and feel like yourself soon. I do hope my experience is a better one - I am nervous but positive. Let me know how your doing from time to time....please.

No,, I have not gone to any doctor. Im just giving it time. My doctor was Dr Rodreguz out of mexico but I am not in any way blameing him. Everyone is different. Some people have problems, some do not. All the other people who had the same operation as me with the same doctor had no problems. If after I start eating real food and if I can eat large amounts , then I may be upset at the doctor, but at this point I do not know that anyone did anything wrong. There are so many people who are having major problems with wls. Im lucky if this is my only problems

So you are not seeing a us doc? Who was your surgeon. Others should know of this and beware. My doc has a solid reputation but you never know.

Hi
i am getting better now but no, the doctors in mexico did not do anything except to say it happens to some people. I also had dizzy spells and vision blured for one day. My biggest concern is that i can drink lots and not be full. And always have hunger pains. When I drank the x-ray stuff,,about an oz filled the stomach 3/4 full, I dont understand how I can drink so much without feeling full. I hope it is different when I get on real food or this is all for nothing. I have lost 17 pounds since my high of 351. on the liquid diet. 10 days since surgery

OMG, I am so sorry to hear that. I do hope you recover quickly. May I ask who you used? Did your doc in Mexico fix the problem or did you go to a doc here in the US?
Please keep me posted on your recovery and I wish you many long term successes:)

Not with your doctor but yes, I had bad bleeding and puked blood for 30 hours with severe acid refulx and a stomach ache like a horse was kicking me. There was supposed to be no blood with the plication surgery but was. Im now 10 days post and still have some stomach aches but it is getting better every day. I also never feel full when drinking. Its like it just runs threw. I can drink 8 oz in 10 minutes and not feel full. Has anyone else had this. I hope they made the sleeve small enough.

Saw a doctor in the dermatology department at UCLA and they thought the rash and swelling for 18 months was nothing skin related but did give referral to neurology to follow up on the large discrepency of strength between the left and right hand. Also too at least notation was documented with finger tips purple colored at times. I do have an appointment back with dermatology for a skin cancer check because it runs in the family. My appointment with neurology is dec 9, genetics nov 29, dermatology to be schedules, follow up with gastroenterology and endocrinology on oct 25. Also awaiting the results of labs drawn tuesday for other possibilities of autoimmunue process.
