I'm really sorry to hear you're going through such a rough time. Sounds like you've been through the wringer, and it's totally understandable to feel defeated.
First off, give yourself some credit - you're dealing with a lot, and it's okay to feel scared and overwhelmed. You've been strong just making it through all this.
I know it's hard to talk about stuff like this, especially when you're feeling so low, but opening up to a counselor can really help. They're there to listen and support you, without any judgment.
As for the food situation, maybe try to stick to super simple, bland foods that are easier on your stomach. It might help ease some of the anxiety around eating. And stay hydrated - that's key.
Most importantly, be kind to yourself. It's okay to take things one step at a time. You're not alone in this, and reaching out for advice is a great first step. Keep your head up, and don't hesitate to lean on those around you for support. You've got this.
I've had my own struggles with blood pressure, feeling dizzy and tired a lot. It took some time to figure out what works for me, like drinking more water and watching my salt intake.
Also, my doctor suggested I try beet root gummies, which I found at a good price on Amazon. I take them twice a day, and they've really helped keep my blood pressure more stable. Maybe you could check them out too.
I have the problemns with high blood pressure, I noticed this accidently when I went to the doctor with other problems. I quitted smoking, the diet is better, I sleep a lot and take potassium but nothing changes. What can I do? I am really desperate.
Since day 1 ive been miserable. I had to have 2 dilations, IV a few times for nutrition and fluids. Hospitalized for days. Then had to have emergency gallbladder removal which has made my stomach issues even worse. Constant bathroom trips daily now. My mental health is so bad right now because I feel so defeated. I am scared to eat because I don't know how my body will react at any point now. It's hard for me to talk to people about it (counselor). Any advice would be appreciated.
I had RNY 12/4/23 and my legs have been "numb" since surgery day. I can feel them obviously but when I walk or touch them, they feel numb. Thoughts?
I had my gastric bypass in 2007 and everyday (no lie) every single day I throw up. I have been to numerous doctors , surgeons, hospitals yarda yada yada. They all say the same thing there's nothing we can do. Fast forward to date doctors say no one wants to fix another doctors mistake. So I continue with this problem , the last yr things have gotten progressively worse now liquid won't stay down and I've gone from 250 lbs to 180 without trying to lose weight . My initial weigh loss was 165 lbs perfect for my body structure. So this is my future. Though not for long . No one can not be able to not eat and live. It's ridiculous how the medical profession hasn't gotten. No concern for their patients just their pocketbooks.
I've had low ferritin off and on since 2007. I've gotten infusions and have not had any problem with insurance paying. If your ferritin is low, it is iron deficiency anemia. You hemoglobin does not have to be low.
Just had the vertical sleeve on the 14th of July well after I woke up in recovery I started having intense pressure pain. My pressure dropped and next thing I know I woke up the 16th apparently the 15th I had a blood vessel bust close to my spleen and they split me wide open to find the bleed and had to take my spleen. I'm curious if anyone else has had these complications during or right after surgery. So I can learn more about life after surgery. Without a spleen. I come very close to dying and now I feel so weak.

This is not a joke, you urgently need to see a doctor. I hope that everything will be fine and the bad will pass you by, but if I were you, I would not hesitate. It is better to consult a doctor immediately
Can I ask why you keep reducing/stopping the supplemental iron if it works? Most of us take iron every day.
Medicaid paid for me to have iron infusions, even though it was just my ferritin that was low. I did have to fight for it though, so you may have to be persistent.
