Hi again.I heard that after 6 months you can eat regulerly(sp?) again. Is this true,or do you still have the full sensation for the rest of your life?Do i make sense? sorry if I dont.

I am only out 4 months but the way that it has been explained to me is that you can usually eat regularly after 9 months but that the portions are smaill. It is my desire to have that full sesation for the rest of my life but i knw what you are talking about. you pouch should be 8 oz after one year

I wish we did have the feeling for the rest of our lives, but I guess thats why we need to learn how to eat now and then it would be easier for us in the long run. Sometimes I wonder how skinny people do it. Thanks
