i have had quite a few!

Good to know there are people out there who have had severe problems like had/have. Lets see, where do I begin? -pnemounia -collasped lung -very bad stricture that resulted in a second (open) operation b/c I went into respiturary faliure during the surgery -was in ICU on a respirator -had every rash/skin problem known to man lying there -I was not concious for a few days my heart rate was at a constant 160. -came down w/the flu then -I had every single tube in me -had to learn to walk, stand, walk up stairs etc again -stoma -chronic pain -pain bad blood work I was in the hosptial orignally two months. I seriously thought I was going to die. They actually let my 3 year old son come up to the ICU to see me b/c they didnt think I was going to make it. I have been hosptialized four more times after my two month initial stay. It's been seven months and I still do not eat properly. I am always dizzy, light-heart and a fall a lot. One fall resulted in a laseration on my liver. Was hospitalized on the Trauma floor that time. I am going back in for another surgery this Thurs,sept.22 b/c I am not well and can't keep any solids down really. Good to know it's not just me having issues. Take care. Tavia 255/130/125

I will definitely keep you in my thoughts and prayers. I hope that they can narrow down what is causing all the issues with your health. I too have journeyed back from near death and I know how hard it is to deal with having a younger child and having them you see you helpless. My thoughts are with you tomorrow! Dawn
